As agreed to in your contract, you understand the following:

1. 1. In order for our team to successfully manage your website, your login access for your website will be removed for the duration of your contract. If you want the website to be edited in any way (text changes, image changes, adding new pages, etc.), you will need to submit an edit request using the Edit Request Form.
2. 2. Our team cannot provide content writing or graphic design services. For any website changes, you, our customer, will need to provide content. 
3. 3. If you currently have any elements on your website that are slowing down speed or negatively impacting your SEO, our team will remove it and offer a replacement solution. Elements that may be removed include but are not limited to Google Maps, Google Review, pop-up banners, and more.
