• Loose insulation may not be dumped into our dumpsters. It has to must be placed in bags!
• Medical waste, animal carcasses of any kind or quantity.
• Liquids of any kind such as oil, paint, paint thinners, stains, lacquers, solvents, etc.
• Cans, drums or other containers of any kind unless emptied, crushed and incapable of holding any liquid.
• Tires (a fee of $25 per tire will be charged if any tires are found to be mixed in with other waste material).
• Railroad ties
• Electronic waste: televisions, computers, game consoles, DVD players, etc.
• Any material not listed above considered unsuitable for containment e.g.malodorous waste, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, vehicle batteries, household appliances containing freon
• Appliances (refrigerators, conventional ovens, microwave ovens, washers, dryers, etc.). 
• Extremely heavy material such as rock, dirt, or concrete. Please let us know – we can help you dispose of heavy items in a more efficient manner.

It is helpful when you are present and able to show us where you want you dumpster placed. If you cannot be present, no problem, please leave us a note and tell us where to place it.

As scheduled or earlier if you call/text us that you are finished loading it. 

We take precautions so that this does not happen. Our mid-sized trucks in combination with our hook lift systems are designed for gentle loading and unloading. Our dumpster have wheels and if you desire we can even place plywood or special rubber mats under the wheels.

Old furniture, building materials, old windows or doors, old carpet and other flooring, wood, boxes, and generally anything that is not on our list of unsuitable items. 

If you’d like us to help you dispose of items like appliances and tires please let us know ahead of time. 

Extra heavy items like concrete, bricks or dirt require special containers. Please let us now if you need to dispose of these items.

You can fill the dumpster up to the top rail. But weight of the debris also plays a role in filling the dumpster. Heavy materials like shingles, concrete, bricks or rock, may not take much space in the container, but can cause our truck to be overloaded. The payload limit of our smaller residential trucks is 3 tons (6000 lbs.). Our larger trucks can handle up to 6 tons in a 20 yard container.

Please note that our 14′ long 20 yard dumpsters are designed for bulky, but lighter materials. Filling one of these dumpsters with heavy stuff like shingles or bricks to the top can easily make them twice as heavy as what our smaller trucks can handle. The dumpster may not appear overloaded, but it may be too heavy. Please let us know if you are disposing of heavy materials and we will bring your an 18′ dumpster that can handle up to 6 tons of waste materials. If we cannot lift a dumpster you will be responsible for unloading the debris so the dumpster can be loaded and dumped.
